Electrical Test Team Leader

Duties
  • Lead and organize the daily work of the electrical testing team (up to 4 employees)
  • Plan activities and monitor progress to ensure timely project execution
  • Provide technical support during start-up and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot systems such as switchboards, control cabinets, and VFD drives
  • Ensure top-quality standards and compliance with technical documentation and company procedures
  • Participate in certification processes in line with classification society requirements
  • Configure and parameterize frequency converters and related equipment
  • Prepare and manage as-built documentation
  • Perform electrical measurements and testing on site
  • Promote and maintain high HSE standards
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the department
Required skills
  • MSc or BSc degree in Electrical or Control Engineering
  • Experience in testing and/or design of electrical systems
  • Knowledge of electrical drive systems (an advantage)
  • Previous experience in team leadership (an advantage)
  • Communicative level of English and Polish
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
