Duties
  • Provide remote support using diagnostic tools and data analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Take full ownership of support tickets: in-depth analysis, follow-up, and resolution or escalation
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and proactive communication
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain alignment and deliver consistent support
  • Prepare handover document to the service department when on-site service is needed
  • Prepare analysis, reports and documentation for invoicing
  • Participate in an on-call support rotation outside regular working hours
Required skills
  • Technical education or experience in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Software, or a related field
  • Maritime experience or industry knowledge, preferrable expertise in fishing or offshore systems/equipment
  • Very good English and Polish language skills, orally as well as in writing
  • Familiarity with technical coordination, customer support or service planning is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple support cases simultaneously and communicate effectively towards customers and across departments
  • Technical confident with strong problem-solving skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
  • A proactive, service-minded team player who takes responsibility and ensures follow-through
