Logistics Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Team Leader to join our Supply Chain Department at Seaonics.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the full logistics process, including inbound shipments from suppliers, internal transport flows, and outbound deliveries to customers. This role requires strong coordination skills across suppliers, warehouse teams, manufacturers, and transport providers, while also ensuring compliance, documentation, cost control, and process improvement.

Duties

Manage end-to-end logistics processes, including inbound shipments, internal transfers, and outbound deliveries to customers and manufacturing partners.
Plan and coordinate complex transport needs, including oversized and international shipments.
Develop logistics supplier network and negotiate transport agreements.
Ensure compliance with VAT, customs, import/export regulations, and Intrastat reporting.
Monitor transport performance and costs, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
Maintain accurate ERP data (IFS, SAP) and oversee marking and documentation requirements.
Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
Drive continuous improvement in logistics operations and report on key performance metrics.

Required skills

Proven strong background in logistics/supply chain
Ability to analyze and solve complex logistics challenges
Experience in team management
Strong decision-making skills, task delegation, and prioritization abilities
Driving license cat. B
Proficient knowledge in ERP Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, SharePoint
Strong communication skills
