We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our hydraulic deck crane portfolio. The role combines technical leadership, product strategy, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, production, sales, service, and supply chain. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through production, service support, and phase-out.

 

 

Duties
  • Lead a team of engineering specialists and act as the main interface between engineering, production, sales, and service
  • Manage the hydraulic deck crane portfolio and oversee the full product lifecycle
  • Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy
  • Lead new crane calculations, design, and engineering change
  • Identify new product development opportunities and monitor market and competitor trends
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Support sales with technical proposals and cost estimations
  • Drive standardization of crane products, components, and safety functions
  • Cooperate with supply chain, procurement, and service teams, including aftermarket support
 
Required skills
  • Technical background and knowledge of offshore and marine products
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
  • Familiarity with AutoDesk Inventor
  • Knowledge of DNV ST-0378
  • Good understanding of the marine/offshore market
  • Very good English and Polish skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
