We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing logistics activities within assigned projects. Your main tasks will include coordinating order pickups, consolidations, deliveries of materials to subcontractors, and shipment of final products to customers across Europe and Asia.

Duties

Coordinating and executing logistics processes for assigned projects
Organizing pickup and consolidation of orders
Ensuring timely deliveries of materials to subcontractors and final products to customers in Europe and Asia
Preparing and handling transportation documentation
Updating SharePoint, internal systems, and project databases
Monitoring shipments and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize delivery processes and costs
Collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth project execution

Required skills

Minimum B2 level of English and Polish (both written and spoken)
Experience in a similar logistics role (experience in managing projects in the marine industry is a strong advantage)
Category B driving license
Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, IFS)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to daily challenges
